Notes: That sandwich looks like it is probably pretty awful. My school served these sandwiches daily in the a la carte line, but they were hot sandwiches, on fresh baked buns and I believe there was more meat on them.
i always remembered hating the school cheese, especially on these sandwiches. It was too rubbery and had an odd aftertaste.

As for the veggies, yep, that is pretty impressive. The color of them looks pretty good as well.
Looks better than airplane food - rather healthy this time, actually.
