Various school lunches from around the world. School lunch doesn't really represent the best a country has to offer, but we still love it, because we grew up on it.

Definitly a Japanese school lunch. The silver bowl containes rice. The cakey thing in the plastic with the strawberry character is a soft crepe or pancake with strawberry jam inside. Maybe whip cream too.
The bowl looks like a soup of spinach, cellophne noodles or bean sprouts and probably tofu underneath.
On the plate is a salad of cellophane type noodles, cucumbers and maybe seaweed. Probably slathered in a vinegar dressing.
The red stuff looks like chicken in a tomato sauce of some kind.

Whatever it is, I wouldn't eat it.
