That doesn't look appetizing at all, but it is better than other options. At least there is fresh fruit and regular milk...
ReplyDeleteBeing a southerner, I love my grits, but they're very high in simple carbs. They do, however, provide about 20% of your folate for the day in a one cup serving. They're also a source of iron, niacin, riboflavin, selenium, thiamine and vitamin A.
