  1. Anyone else notice the contradiction of an organic meal served on disposable Styrofoam?

  2. Styrofoam aside, at least there are some good-looking vegetables and no white rolls, cookies, or candy!

  3. Omit the milk we don't need after the age of 2. Breast milk is best for babies. Then lose the mashed potatos and replace with mashed carrots or sweet potatos. And ORGANIC is the best...Cancer from the chemical food and GMO foods cost far more than organic foods. Your life is worth it. If you say different you don't love the Earth or your family !

  5. Organic is great - looks very bland though. Mixing potatoes with squash would add visual appeal, more nutrition, and might seduce a few kids who like potatoes but don't know from squash. I wonder if a plastic knife would cut through that chicken - putting it in a whole grain (and preferable gluten free) wrap with some cucumber spears for flavor, moisture, color and crunch might make it more accessible and desirable. I would want my kid to get this lunch, and he would ditch the taters, eat just the broccoli and chicken, and trade the pear for a cookie. He knows the trade-in value of lunch components.
