South Korea School Lunch - Cucumber Salad and Ton Cas

Contents: Rice, turnips (variation of kimchi), cucumber salad, ton cas (breaded pork) with barbeque sauce.
한국에는 돈까스소스라고 따로 판매를 합니다. 일본에는 어떻게 먹는 지는 모르겠지만... There's this sauce called Tonkatsu sauce sold in Korea. I can't tell whether they're the same as in Japan.
Looks good to me. cucumber salad and pork and rice- yammy!

ReplyDeleteLooks just like Japanese Tonkatsu. I have to wonder if that's actually Katsu sauce, and not BBQ sauce.
