Contents: Roast beef with gravy, chocolate milk, and something that looks unearthly. Potatoes?
Those are sweet plantains. Quite popular here in NYC. Usually they would be paired with rice, veggie, and some sort of stewed or fried meat; never a gravy drenched roast beef roll-up!
