Japan School Lunch - Tempura over Udan

Whenever I go to Japanese restaurants, this is a go-to food for me. It's delicious and wonderful and filling. I really wish THIS was available at the school I'm student teaching in...I'd definitely get this for lunch if it was.
Oh man that DOES look incredible. I would pay good money for that.

ReplyDeleteThis is romanized as Udon, not Udan. Japanese-English translations are stupid hard. But that looks pretty good.
