Various school lunches from around the world. School lunch doesn't really represent the best a country has to offer, but we still love it, because we grew up on it.
Oh my, kids were actually served food back in the 1930's!
Hmmm, this doesn't make sense. Grampa always told me they never had school lunch when he was a kid. He said everyday around noon the teacher would throw the kids outside to fight the timber wolves for scraps. And they were thankful for those scraps. And that was after walking 15 miles uphill to school in the blistering snow barefoot in nothing but overalls.
Proves my theory, old people are liars. Can't trust em. "I got robbed by a sweet old lady on a motorized cart. I didn't even see it comin'!"
it's really sad that we gave our children better school lunches during the great depression when we all had nothing than in recent years when there's been so much excess.
Please no foul language.
