  1. yuck.
And I always hated those sectioned trays. How depressing. My highschool served all of the food with proper plates and bowls. A little goes a long way to make it a more enjoyable and appetizing experience.

And whats the deal with milk? When I was in school I never understood why we had to have milk. It's disgusting with most foods not to mention unhealthy to be drinking often. And most children choose the sugary chocolate milk option, I remember being the only student drinking white milk at a table of everyone with chocolate. What other drink options could be considered? What about teas? Iced tea, green tea, oolong, etc. My highschool did have teas (that had to be purchased separately) but they were sugar laden highfructose corn syrup messes barely recognizable as tea. And of course there is nothing wrong with water. I hated having to drink milk at lunch.
